Product Manager (Payments)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Payments): Building and scaling core payment infrastructure for global money movement with an accent on onboarding, compliance, and multi-rail integration. Focus on leveraging AI-native workflows to optimize payment flows and managing complex liquidity requirements across fiat and stablecoin systems.

Location: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Hybrid in San Francisco or New York, or Remote within the U.S.)

Compensation: $170,000 – $250,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the product lifecycle for core payment capabilities, including onboarding, compliance, and liquidity management.
• Design and prioritize payment rails, including domestic schemes (ACH, wire, RTP) and cross-border options.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements (KYC, KYB, sanctions) into clear product specifications.
• Apply AI tools to identify inefficiencies and build AI-native workflows across the business.
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, partnerships, and customer-facing teams to deliver reliable infrastructure.
• Engage directly with customers to understand their business models and translate needs into engineering requirements.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Proven experience building payments products and deep understanding of money movement lifecycles.
• Technical literacy with the ability to read API documentation and bank/scheme specifications.
• Experience or strong interest in stablecoins and their role in global finance.
• Proficiency in data analysis, including SQL.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills to work across compliance, sales, and engineering.
