What you will do

• Own and execute the international expansion roadmap, prioritizing new market launches and long-term growth.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic processor and partner integrations in collaboration with engineering.
• Research and document market-specific requirements including regulatory frameworks and payment methods.
• Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications.
• Define and support go-to-market strategies, including positioning and sales enablement.
• Monitor key performance indicators related to market adoption and business growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in payments, fintech, or B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience successfully launching or scaling products into new international markets.
• Deep understanding of payment ecosystems, processor integrations, and regulatory considerations.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience managing roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery cycles.
• Familiarity with AI tools for product management workflows.
