Senior Product Manager, Credit & Pricing (Fintech)

Location: Remote Canada; remote work is available within the country of employment.

Base pay: CAD 153,000–213,000 per year, plus potential equity, stipends, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define product strategy for consumer credit, underwriting, merchant pricing, and loan economics.
• Develop product specifications and prototypes that enable attractive financing terms.
• Analyze feature impact and establish metrics for product success.
• Partner with Credit, Pricing, Commercial, Design, Engineering, Analytics, and go-to-market teams to launch and scale products.
• Support international expansion, major merchant integrations, new product verticals, and cost optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of product or relevant experience in consumer finance, payments, underwriting, and machine learning models.
• Data-driven approach to product decisions and quantitative analysis.
• Experience shipping user-facing products with measurable business impact.
• Comfort with experimentation, autonomous work, and rapid learning.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
