Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Conduct qualitative research activities including customer interviews, field research, on-site visits, and iterative user testing.
• Plan and execute end-to-end research cycles from definition and planning to synthesis and presentation of insights.
• Collaborate closely with UX Designers to test and refine concepts throughout the product lifecycle.
• Document findings and provide actionable recommendations to the product team.
• Travel approximately 20% of the time to meet customers and conduct research sessions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in applied research on consumer products, specifically with hardware research.
• 3+ years of experience managing end-to-end product research, including agendas, goals, and metrics.
• Hands-on experience with user testing, field research, survey design, and usage data analysis.
• Proficiency with a broad range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Must be based in the US and able to work onsite in Colorado 4 days a week.
