Salary: $225,000–$255,000 target base salary plus bonus potential

What you will do

• Personally own the design of strategic, complex, and foundational platform experiences.
• Lead user research and discovery to translate customer insights into product opportunities.
• Establish and evolve design language, interaction patterns, and AI-native paradigms.
• Manage, coach, and grow a team of product designers while maintaining a high quality bar.
• Partner with PM and Engineering leadership as a peer to shape product strategy and roadmap.
• Implement an AI-first operating model for exploration, prototyping, and design-to-engineering handoffs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience, with 4+ years leading designers in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft in visual design, interaction design, and complex platform systems.
• Hands-on experience designing for AI-powered products (agentic experiences, generative UI, conversational interfaces).
• Proven practice in generative and evaluative research, including customer interviews and usability testing.
• Comfort operating at the boundary of design and front-end development, including designing in code.
• Experience shaping product strategy and articulating design rationale to executive leadership.

Nice to have

• Background in conversation intelligence, CCaaS, MarTech, AdTech, or analytics platforms.
• Experience building and scaling design systems for multi-product platforms.
• Public thought leadership or community involvement regarding the future of design in the AI era.
