Salary: $140,000 – $210,000 USD (depending on location and experience)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design process for your product area to drive product impact.
• Design intuitive, user-friendly experiences that balance technical AI complexity with accessibility.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Conduct user research to validate design decisions and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Maintain a high craft bar and contribute to design systems that scale across the platform.
• Partner with engineering to ensure high-fidelity implementation and make pragmatic tradeoffs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing digital products with a strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and agentic systems, including model reasoning and multi-step workflows.
• Proven experience in cross-functional partnership with PMs and Engineers.
• Deep commitment to user-centered design, research, and data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Figma and expertise in building scalable patterns and systems.
• Clear and proactive communication skills for alignment across distributed teams.
