Compensation: $85,300 — $191,900 USD per year.

What you will do
- Provide L2 sales support and facilitate deal closure for partner sales teams.
- Manage partner-referred leads and own the end-to-end sales cycle to ensure revenue targets are met.
- Design and deliver on-the-job training sessions for partners regarding product features and competitive positioning.
- Maintain a clean sales pipeline and accurate forecasting within Salesforce.
- Own the partner sales support channel (Slack) to provide real-time guidance and assistance.
- Continuously iterate on role frameworks and strategy to drive scalable revenue growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in channel sales, partnership management, or SaaS sales.
- Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
- Expertise in Salesforce or similar CRM for pipeline management and data accuracy.
- Strong understanding of the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Comfort working in a fully , asynchronous environment.
