What you will do

  • Own the client relationship and act as the primary escalation point for existing accounts.
  • Drive retention and contract renewals while identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
  • Facilitate quarterly business reviews and appointments to review products and services.
  • Manage the sales cycle for professional services and recurring sales under $20k.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved.
  • Maintain accurate client documentation and CRM information to track revenue risk and health.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 2 years of experience within a Managed Services organization
  • 3 years of experience in a Technical Account Management or Inside Sales role
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas
  • Experience closing recurring service sales
  • Strong business writing and verbal communication skills
