Salary: $60,000–$90,000 (plus commissions)

What you will do
- Own the client relationship and act as the primary escalation point for existing accounts.
- Drive retention and contract renewals while identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
- Facilitate quarterly business reviews and appointments to review products and services.
- Manage the sales cycle for professional services and recurring sales under $20k.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved.
- Maintain accurate client documentation and CRM information to track revenue risk and health.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 2 years of experience within a Managed Services organization
- 3 years of experience in a Technical Account Management or Inside Sales role
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas
- Experience closing recurring service sales
- Strong business writing and verbal communication skills
