TL;DR

What you will do

  • Manage and update field install base assets and instrument movements in accordance with legal manufacturer procedures.
  • Coordinate RMA processes, installations, de-installations, and advanced replacements to ensure accurate asset tracking.
  • Create and manage technical work orders for the Field Service organization, including PMs and upgrades.
  • Process free-of-charge requests, credit notes, estimates, and evaluation orders.
  • Document all customer interactions and complaints in the CRM database.
  • Support 24/7 operations and handle technical support inquiries as required.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in science, supply chain, or logistics preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, field service, or service operations.
  • 2+ years of experience working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High proficiency in clear and professional verbal and written communication.
  • Fluent in English (High proficiency)

Nice to have

  • Experience in a GMP environment.
  • Knowledge of ISO, FDA, and USDA guidelines.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience with CLIA, CAP, and JCAHO requirements.
