What you will do

• Manage operational workflows for designated accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
• Investigate and resolve customer problems and order delays.
• Schedule freight pick-up and delivery appointments.
• Perform precise data entry and build orders using a proprietary TMS.
• Provide freight status updates to shippers, receivers, and internal teams.
• Verify freight charges and resolve accounting discrepancies before final invoicing.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
• High attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Monterrey, Mexico.
