What you will do

• Support daily U.S. customs filing operations for hirify.global-managed import shipments.
• Prepare, review, and validate shipment data required for customs entry filing.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve customs clearance exceptions in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customs brokers, and carriers to ensure timely release of goods.
• Maintain accurate operational records and support internal audit activities by gathering entry data.
• Generate daily and weekly reports on filing volume, clearance status, and operational bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in customs brokerage.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of U.S. import processes.
• Ability to operate efficiently in fast-paced, high-volume operational environments.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with spreadsheets and operational trackers.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, apparel, footwear, or home goods.
• Customs brokers license or a desire to obtain one.
