Location: Wilton, CT, US. Hybrid (up to 2 days remote). Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.

What you will do

• Manage import and export filings to ensure compliance with international regulations.
• Review customs requirements and strengthen internal controls.
• Develop and implement new compliance processes, project plans, and training materials.
• Conduct audits to verify adherence to trade regulations and support Duty Drawback processes.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and improve compliance efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines and quality goals are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in trade compliance and/or customs operations.
• Legal authorization to access controlled technology (US Export Administration Regulations) is required.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Experience with data analysis tools (Spotfire preferred).
• Ability to travel up to 10% annually within the US and internationally.

Nice to have

• Customs broker license.
• Project management experience.
