What you will do

• Process and follow up on customer orders and requests for consumables and equipment.
• Manage inquiries regarding product availability, deliveries, forecasts, and returns.
• Coordinate shipments with the Supply Chain and Warehouse departments.
• Manage document flow for shipments according to customer requirements.
• Collaborate with local country teams, HQ, and Sales departments.
• Register and track customer complaints to ensure resolution.

Requirements

• Fluent English proficiency for international communication.
• Experience in Customer Service with a strong customer-centric approach.
• Knowledge of logistics processes and customs flows.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
