What you will do

• Manage sales and account strategy for major strategic clients in financial services and technology.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level and senior executive stakeholders.

• Collaborate across internal teams to balance priorities and identify new business expansion opportunities.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts and manage the full sales pipeline.
• Promote the voice of the customer to drive improvements in hirify.global's product solutions.

Requirements

• Must be located in TX, NY, NJ, PA, or DE.
• 8+ years of successful sales experience selling complex solutions at the executive level.
• Background in Financial Services, Technology, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Experience with corporate financial priorities and revenue-driven initiatives.
