What you will do
- Execute end-to-end payroll processing and calculate payroll taxes and statutory charges, including FGTS, INSS, IRRF, eSocial, and DCTFWeb.
- Perform monthly accounting closing and reconciliation with Finance.
- Manage payroll operations covering admissions, vacations, medical, paternity and maternity leaves, and terminations.
- Process employee data changes and structural updates across corporate HR platforms.
- Identify bottlenecks, map workflows, update internal policies, and support payroll process optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Proactive mindset and strong communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
