What you will do

• Maintain accurate HR profiles and record-keeping systems.
• Collaborate with external payroll providers to ensure accurate processing and compliance.
• Oversee contract management and employee benefits administration in accordance with local regulations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance employee experience and scalability.
• Provide timely support to employees regarding HR inquiries.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to improve the efficiency of the People Operations function.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Brazilian Employment Law is mandatory.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (verbal and written).
• Proven track record in People Operations and process improvement.
• Experience managing contracts, visa processes, and global employment matters.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and maintaining accurate HR records.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets.
