What you will do
- Maintain accurate HR profiles, employee data, records, and HRIS systems.
- Identify and implement People Operations process improvements that enhance employee experience and scalability.
- Coordinate with external payroll providers to support accurate payroll processing and compliance.
- Manage employee contracts, benefits administration, visa processes, and global employment matters.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide timely support on HR processes.
- Participate in cross-functional People Operations projects and use data insights to support decisions.
Requirements
- Proven ownership of People Operations processes and process improvement initiatives.
- Extensive knowledge of Brazilian Employment Law.
- Experience managing contracts, visa processes, global employment matters, and external vendors.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets, with an affinity for data and operational accuracy.
- Experience with HRIS systems, accurate HR record maintenance, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both verbally and in writing.
