Advanced Quality Engineer (Automotive)

Location: Tallinn, Estonia

Salary: €3,500–€4,500 per month

What you will do

• Define and communicate customer quality requirements, milestones, and approval criteria for new programs.
• Lead APQP and PPAP activities, manage quality risks, and ensure timely delivery of customer requirements.
• Develop and execute quality assurance plans, including FMEA, control plans, design reviews, training, and key deliverables.
• Ensure quality requirements are cascaded across the value stream through documentation, special characteristics, and inspection methods.
• Drive risk reduction and continuous improvement through validation testing, root cause analysis, and lessons learned.
• Act as the quality interface across project functions and with customers, coordinating documentation, KPIs, and issue reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in APQP product launch teams or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of advanced planning systems, APQP, and global manufacturing project environments.
• Proficiency in statistical methods and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across business functions in a fast-paced environment.
