What you will do
- Define and communicate customer quality requirements, milestones, and approval criteria.
- Lead APQP and PPAP activities to manage quality risks and ensure compliance.
- Develop and execute quality assurance plans, including FMEA and control plans.
- Promote continuous improvement using root cause analysis tools like 8D and 5-Why.
- Act as the primary quality interface within project teams and with customers.
- Ensure effective cascade of quality requirements across the value stream.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or operations field.
- At least 5 years of experience in APQP product launch teams or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of advanced planning systems and global manufacturing project environments.
- Proficiency in statistical methods and analytical tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
