What you will do

• Define and communicate customer quality requirements, milestones, and approval criteria.
• Lead APQP and PPAP activities to manage quality risks and ensure compliance.
• Develop and execute quality assurance plans, including FMEA and control plans.
• Promote continuous improvement using root cause analysis tools like 8D and 5-Why.
• Act as the primary quality interface within project teams and with customers.
• Ensure effective cascade of quality requirements across the value stream.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or operations field.
• At least 5 years of experience in APQP product launch teams or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of advanced planning systems and global manufacturing project environments.
• Proficiency in statistical methods and analytical tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
