Salary: $170,000 - $270,000

What you will do

• Handle employment-related disputes and coordinate with external counsel and internal stakeholders.
• Draft and review employment documentation, including offer letters, severance agreements, and workplace policies.
• Monitor employment law developments and assess their impact on firm strategy.
• Provide counsel on internal investigations regarding employment complaints and escalations.
• Prepare and deliver training programs for management and Human Capital Management teams.
• Ensure firm standards and business controls are upheld in all personnel matters.

Requirements

• 8+ years of post-JD employment law advisory and litigation experience in private practice or a large multinational organization.
• Must be based in or able to work from the New York or Dallas office.
• Excellent organizational, drafting, and communication skills.
• Strong project management and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a geographically dispersed international legal team.
• Keen business acumen and ability to assess risks in a high-pressure environment.
