What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for state and federal regulatory examinations.
• Coordinate responses to information requests from agencies such as the CFPB, DOJ, FTC, and SEC.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans to address deficiencies cited in examination reports.
• Schedule and conduct internal audits to monitor the effectiveness of remediation efforts.
• Prepare internal reports and summaries regarding incidents of non-compliance.
• Present root cause analysis and corrective action plans to the compliance board and board of directors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related discipline required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in the auto finance industry preferred.
• Basic knowledge of multi-state regulatory requirements and Consumer Financial Protection Laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with regulators and management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
