What you will do

• Monitor and analyze international and US regulatory capital rules and legislation.
• Communicate regulatory impacts to senior managers, businesses, and risk departments.
• Assess the capital implications for individual transactions, new products, and business proposals.
• Provide expertise on internal capital attribution and conduct competitor analysis.
• Contribute to the analysis of regulatory disclosures and respond to regulator inquiries.
• Prepare capital and stress testing materials for the firm’s Board of Directors.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience.
• Experience in a policy function at the Federal Reserve or a similar regulatory authority.
• Proven track record of drafting advocacy in response to proposed regulatory rulemakings.
• Ability to interpret regulatory guidance and draft implementation policies.
• Strong research skills to analyze technical regulatory papers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
