What you will do

• Craft and execute quarterly compliance testing and document findings to ensure audit readiness.
• Collaborate with product teams to conduct compliance reviews for new launches and feature releases.
• Lead day-to-day governance of the Compliance Management System, including BSA/AML oversight.
• Perform quality checks on automated outputs and manage complaint trend reporting.
• Ensure strict adherence to banking partner and regulatory standards across all product lines.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 3–5 years of experience in fintech, banking, payments, or regulated financial services compliance.
• Working knowledge of BSA/AML, Regulation Z, and UDAAP.
• Experience with compliance testing and monitoring in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to thrive in a lean team with high ownership expectations.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Salesforce, JIRA, or SEON.
• Experience with compliance automation tools.
