What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert for critical financial and non-financial transaction processing and documentation.
• Analyze inbound requests to ensure compliance with financial control guidelines and regulatory rules.
• Partner with the Contact Center and Special Investigations Unit to assess fraudulent events and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Build case collateral and present verification control status to senior operations leaders and compliance partners.
• Champion the adoption of AI capabilities, such as Microsoft Copilot, to improve operational efficiency.
• Identify and facilitate ongoing process and training improvements to adapt to changing external and regulatory factors.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3-5 years of experience in operational risk management, including risk identification and control testing.
• Experience within the insurance, wealth, or asset management industries.
• Deep understanding of life insurance, annuity, and security products.
• Familiarity with risk technology solutions such as LexisNexis.
• H.S. Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics preferred.
