What you will do
- Lead controls design for new products by reviewing process documentation and identifying mitigation strategies.
- Oversee control implementation and track progress through stakeholder collaboration.
- Build executive-level presentations to communicate risk assessments and control gaps.
- Gather and synthesize data to define and prioritize control design requirements.
- Automate reporting activities using Excel Macros to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with compliance teams to map regulatory requirements to internal processes.
Requirements
- Master’s degree with 1 year of experience or Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience in Economics, Finance, Risk Management, or Accounting.
- Proven experience in root cause analysis and ERM frameworks.
- Proficiency in building reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with risk assessment, inherent and residual risk, and issues management.
- Strong data analysis skills including manipulation and aggregation.
- Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and business performance analysis.
