Location: Based out of the New York office (Hybrid)

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 base salary

What you will do

• Manage and administer senior-level SaaS platforms including AWS, Azure, GCP, Google Workspace, Okta, and Intune.
• Own and maintain network equipment, firewalls, switches, and wireless connectivity to ensure resilience and security.
• Partner with Cybersecurity teams to implement and enforce security policies and compliance controls.
• Lead end-to-end infrastructure and cloud projects from initial planning through to rollout.
• Apply Python scripting and AI-driven tooling to automate operational processes and improve efficiency.
• Monitor system performance and reliability using observability tools like ThousandEyes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in global IT infrastructure and networking (switching, routing, VPNs, firewalls).
• Proven experience with enterprise security platforms such as Palo Alto, Prisma Access, or Meraki.
• Strong experience with SaaS ecosystems: Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Intune, and Jamf.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, and/or Azure).
• Scripting ability in Python for workflow automation.

• Experience with ZTNA/SASE architectures and zero-trust network access design.
• Experience working within a high-growth global SaaS environment.
• Exposure to AI-powered IT workflows or automation platforms like n8n or Workato.
