What you will do

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the Agentic Engineering, Data, and Documentation team.
• Lead the AI transformation efforts within the Frostbite engine and broader EA ecosystem.
• Oversee a multi-disciplinary team of 30, including software engineers, data analysts, data engineers, and technical writers.
• Drive data and analytics strategy to empower decision-making across the Frostbite organization.
• Collaborate with leadership to align feature roadmaps and ensure successful project delivery.
• Build strong relationships across partner teams to facilitate cross-functional cooperation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading software development projects.
• 3+ years of experience in games or game engine development.
• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams of 15+ people, including direct management of other managers.
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic planning and drive process improvements in large organizations.
• Strong interest and passion for applying AI and emerging technologies to improve engineering productivity.
• Ability to manage regular collaboration and meetings between European and North American time zones.
