Salary: SEK 88,000–102,000 per month

What you will do
- Translate company, technology, and product strategy into clear team missions and success measures.
- Own technical direction and architectural coherence across 5–8 engineering teams.
- Drive the shift toward agentic development by making AI a core part of how every team builds.
- Allocate engineering capacity and make build-vs-borrow-vs-buy decisions grounded in business context.
- Coach and grow Engineering Managers and Staff Engineers, raising the overall leadership bar.
- Balance speed, quality, and technical investment to ensure healthy delivery without heroics.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Stockholm
- 5+ years of engineering leadership at scale, managing an organization of 50+ engineers.
- Experience owning engineering across multiple teams in a product company.
- Track record of turning high-level strategy into measurable team scope and priorities.
- Deep fluency in code and systems, with a strong understanding of how AI changes software development.
- Strong product instincts and commercial judgment to align investments with business outcomes.
Nice to have
- Experience in product-led B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on experience leading teams through the shift to AI-driven engineering.
- Experience reshaping organizational structures as company needs evolve.
