What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a cross-functional team of experts in AI, UX, Configuration Management, CI/CD, and test automation.
• Ensure strong collaboration and support structures to enable the department's success in delivering products and projects.
• Act as a technical bridge between diverse domains to foster interdisciplinary integration.
• Drive continuous improvement in tools, processes, and general ways of working.

Requirements

• Experience working at the intersection of AI, UX, software engineering, CI/CD, test automation, or configuration management.
• Solid understanding of modern development environments and enabling functions.
• Previous leadership experience or a strong readiness to transition into a formal leadership role.
• Must be able to pass security vetting based on current regulations.
