Manager Integration (Defense Systems)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop an integration section of approximately 10–15 employees.
• Define and implement system and subsystem integration strategies, methods, and plans.
• Coordinate interfaces across subsystems, software, hardware, and external systems.
• Ensure effective integration throughout the full product lifecycle and alignment with requirements and customer expectations.
• Plan resources, develop team capabilities, and represent integration in cross-functional forums and leadership teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of integration processes, tools, and ways of working.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Solid experience in system integration within complex technical environments.
• Leadership experience in people management, project management, or functional roles.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering, interface management, and requirements management.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary software, hardware, and systems engineering teams.
• Excellent written and spoken Swedish and English are required.
