What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a System and Subsystem Integration team of 10–15 employees.
• Define and implement integration strategies, methods, and plans throughout the full product lifecycle.
• Coordinate and manage interfaces across subsystems, software, hardware, and external systems.
• Drive continuous improvement of technical processes, tools, and operational ways of working.
• Plan and allocate resources in alignment with business needs and project portfolios.
• Represent integration interests in cross-functional forums and leadership teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Solid experience in system integration within complex technical environments.
• Proven leadership experience in people management, project management, or functional roles.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, interface management, and requirements management.
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English (written and spoken) are required.
• Must be able to pass a security vetting based on current security protection regulations.
