What you will do

• Lead 1-2 cross-functional engineering teams, setting direction and removing blockers for engineers.
• Drive technical strategy for core banking infrastructure, translating industry trends into architectural decisions.
• Partner with Product and business teams to align technical priorities with customer needs.
• Own end-to-end engineering quality, from development practices to deployment.
• Shape the integration of AI into team workflows, moving from ad-hoc experimentation to high-impact practice.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience leading engineering teams with a track record of enabling individual contributors.
• Solid infrastructure expertise in building, hosting, and scaling systems.
• Experience with hosting cost optimization and infrastructure spend management.
• Working understanding of how data and AI intersect in modern engineering organizations.
• Ability to set direction in shifting landscapes and lead teams through change.
