What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10–15 software developers, fostering engagement and long-term performance.
- Take full line management responsibility, including employee dialogue, salary reviews, and recruitment.
- Drive improvements in engineering effectiveness, encouraging experimentation and practical changes in ways of working.
- Support the team in a modern software environment shaped by Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to align priorities and enable effective delivery.
Requirements
- Strong interest and experience in people leadership, coaching, and team development.
- Experience working within software development organizations.
- Proven experience in agile software development environments.
- Must pass a security vetting based on current security protection regulations; additional citizenship obligations may apply.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to build relationships across disciplines.
Nice to have
- Previous experience as a line manager, team lead, scrum master, or technical lead.
- Experience with recruitment and competence development in engineering organizations.
- Interest in how AI can support smarter and more effective software development.
