Location: Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii); role is hybrid with an office presence in Nashville, Tennessee.
Salary: $75,000–$90,000 USD (base + bonus).

What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new channel partners, from initial intake to operational readiness.
- Coordinate technical platform setup across Cloud iQ and hyperscaler marketplaces like Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Guide partners through critical prerequisites including program enrollment, compliance, and credit checks.
- Provide hands-on training to ensure partners achieve proficiency in provisioning services and managing subscriptions.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Finance, and Compliance to remove roadblocks and ensure SLA adherence.
- Optimize onboarding workflows and documentation to drive scalability and improve the overall partner experience.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
- 1-2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Sales Operations, or Inside Sales.
- Demonstrated practical experience using AI to improve workflows or automate tasks.
- Understanding of quote-to-order management, client onboarding, and after-sales processes.
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and build strong partner relationships.
