TL;DR
Partner Success Manager (Cloud): Managing the end-to-end journey for strategic channel partners with an accent on onboarding, renewals, and expansion. Focus on aligning partners with hyperscaler programs (Azure, AWS, GCP) and driving commercial growth through consultative relationship management.
Location: Remote or Hybrid (Nashville, TN). Must be based in the US; candidates residing in Hawaii are not eligible.
Salary: $70k - $85k USD (base + bonus)

What you will do
- Manage the full partner lifecycle from initial onboarding and enablement to ongoing engagement, renewals, and expansion.
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for strategic partners through regular business reviews and strategy sessions.
- Guide partners in navigating hyperscaler programs (Microsoft, AWS, Google) to maximize incentives and maintain compliance.
- Drive partner retention and growth by identifying expansion and cross-sell opportunities via data-driven insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Channel Sales, Cloud Architects, and Finance to deliver a seamless partner experience.
- Resolve partner escalations and troubleshoot issues with urgency to protect partner trust and loyalty.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Sales Operations, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated practical application of AI to improve workflows, automate tasks, or enhance decision-making.
- Experience working within a matrix organization and building strong B2B relationships.
- Understanding of quote and order management, client onboarding, and after-sales processes.
- Strong communication, presentation, and critical thinking skills.
- Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
