What you will do

  • Own Harvey’s global paid search strategy across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, driving customer acquisition, pipeline, and revenue across segments.
  • Manage end-to-end search performance: budget allocation, forecasting, pacing, bidding strategy, audience/keyword targeting, and messaging optimization.
  • Optimize ROI using search intent analysis, landing page optimization, and conversion rate improvements.
  • Design and execute an experimentation roadmap across bidding, keywords, ad copy, segmentation, landing pages, and campaign structure (including emerging Google ad products/betas).
  • Partner with Web, Design, Content, and PMM to ensure paid search messaging consistency and integrated full-funnel campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Data Analytics to strengthen attribution, conversion tracking, offline conversion optimization, and reporting/measurement frameworks.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of performance marketing experience with hands-on management of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale paid search budgets with measurable impact on lead generation and pipeline.
  • Strong analytical skills using performance data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Working knowledge of attribution, conversion tracking, CRM integrations, and marketing measurement frameworks.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically—owning the roadmap and executing details.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills to translate performance data into actionable recommendations.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Conversion APIs, offline conversion tracking, and value-based bidding.
  • Experience scaling international paid search programs across multiple regions and languages.
  • Experience marketing to enterprise B2B audiences, ideally in legal technology, AI, SaaS, or professional services.
