Salary: $108,000 - $135,000 USD (for Tier 1 markets)

What you will do

• Execute day-to-day campaign management across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Apple Search Ads.
• Coordinate with data, compliance, and engineering teams to improve attribution and funnel performance.
• Support new channel launches (including TV and radio) and manage creative testing initiatives.
• Maintain the team's operating system by tracking workstreams and flagging risks.
• Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency and output quality in daily operations.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience with paid social and search, specifically Meta, TikTok, and Google.
• Strong analytical instincts with the ability to independently analyze performance metrics.
• Experience coordinating across technical and non-technical partners with structured communication.
• Concrete examples of using AI to automate or accelerate marketing workflows.
• Experience with attribution tools or MMP platforms.
• Background in consumer apps, fintech, or regulated industries.
