What you will do
- Develop and execute integrated growth strategies across email, paid digital, and event channels to drive pipeline growth.
- Design targeted email campaigns tailored by persona and account type to generate top-of-funnel demand.
- Manage digital ad channels including Google, YouTube, Social, Reddit, and ChatGPT, utilizing AI to optimize delivery and reporting.
- Lead pre- and post-event communication strategies for industry trade shows and virtual events.
- Analyze KPIs and campaign metrics to provide data-driven growth recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with SDR channels to synchronize marketing campaigns with sales outreach plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a relevant field.
- 4+ years of B2B marketing experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing.
- Proven track record of managing successful multi-channel campaigns.
- Ability to write effective copy and leverage AI for personalized messaging.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Salesloft, as well as major ad platforms.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA.
