Senior Product Compliance Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Arlington, VA (required to work 3+ days a week from the office)

Salary: $188,000–$235,000

What you will do

• Advise CFS product and engineering teams on regulatory assessments and establish phase gate governance for compliant launches.
• Lead product compliance across US frameworks including FinCEN BSA/AML, Reg E, TILA/FCBA, UDAAP, and state licensing.
• Monitor regulatory developments across jurisdictions and drive necessary product roadmap adjustments.
• Act as the primary compliance contact for bank partners and PSPs, managing due diligence and remediating control gaps.
• Develop compliance infrastructure, policies, playbooks, and deliver training to cross-functional teams.
• Manage the full issue lifecycle for CFS banking products from identification through remediation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product compliance, regulatory counsel, or compliance advisory within fintech or financial services.
• Hands-on experience with US banking product compliance (debit/prepaid cards, consumer credit, payments).
• Proven ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable guidance for PMs and engineers.
• Ability to synthesize multi-jurisdictional requirements across licensing, consumer protection, AML, and privacy.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Arlington, VA office.

Nice to have

• JD or equivalent legal degree.
• Experience with US money transmission licensing or BaaS/sponsor bank models.
• CRCM or CAMS certification.
