What you will do

• Maintain, review, and enhance the company's compliance program.
• Manage US state licensing and corporate registration filings and engage with state regulators.
• Respond to auditors, bank partners, and third parties during due diligence and compliance reviews.
• Review and update company policies and procedures.
• Execute compliance monitoring and testing, implementing practical remediation solutions.
• Handle the consumer complaint program and review marketing materials for regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in financial services or a highly regulated field.
• 2-3 years of experience in fraud, risk management, compliance, or audit.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
