What you will do

• Own the end-to-end learning operations model, ensuring programs are scalable and well-governed.
• Serve as the system owner for the Learning Management System (LMS), managing configuration, user administration, and governance.
• Design and maintain dashboards to provide visibility into training completion, adoption, and effectiveness.
• Partner with L&D leaders to define success metrics and KPIs, connecting outcomes to business results.
• Ensure operational readiness for program launches, pilots, and large-scale rollouts.
• Manage the content lifecycle, including version control, publishing, and archiving of learning materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, L&D, HR, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in learning operations, LMS administration, or learning analytics.
• Demonstrated experience optimizing an LMS in a complex, multi-program environment.
• Strong analytical skills to translate learning data into actionable insights.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
