What you will do
- Own the configuration, optimization, and management of the LMS and learning technology platforms, including system integrations and workflow logic.
- Design and implement the core measurement framework and dashboards to report program effectiveness to leadership.
- Optimize core operational processes including scheduling, communications, enrollment, and post-program workflows.
- Manage vendor and content partner relationships, overseeing contracts, renewals, and performance.
- Integrate AI tools into data analysis, documentation, and operational process design as a standard practice.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in L&D operations, HR technology, or learning analytics.
- Deep hands-on experience with enterprise LMS configuration and optimization.
- Proven track record of designing learning measurement frameworks or analytics programs.
- Must be a U.S. person (citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to comply with U.S. Government export regulations.
- Strong systems thinking and analytical capability to design scalable processes in a high-growth environment.

- Experience working within a high-growth technology company.
- Familiarity with HRIS integrations, SSO, and enterprise technology infrastructure.
