Learning Partner (Operations, Systems & Platforms)

Location: US-based role with locations listed in Livingston, New Jersey; New York, New York; Sunnyvale, California; and Bellevue, Washington. Access to export-controlled information requires US-person status or eligibility for the applicable authorization.

Salary: $1,270,000–$168,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Configure, optimize, and manage CoreWeave University's LMS and learning technology platforms, including user management, catalog architecture, integrations, and workflow logic.
• Evaluate and implement new learning tools and integrations, including technical onboarding and change management.
• Design measurement frameworks, dashboards, and recurring reports for leadership and business stakeholders.
• Analyze learning data, maintain data integrity, and surface insights on program effectiveness, engagement, and capability gaps.
• Build scalable processes and templates for scheduling, enrollment, communications, logistics, and post-program operations.
• Manage vendor and content partnerships, contracts, renewals, performance, escalations, and content-library curation.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in L&D operations, HR technology, learning analytics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience configuring and optimizing enterprise LMS platforms.
• Experience designing or owning learning measurement frameworks or analytics programs.
• Ability to identify operational gaps, design solutions, and implement them independently in a greenfield environment.
• Strong systems thinking, data analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience with HRIS integrations, SSO, spreadsheets, or BI tools is valuable; high-growth technology-company experience is preferred.
