Senior Solutions Architect (Modern Platforms EUC)

Senior Solutions Architect (EUC): Designing and implementing end-user computing strategies and technical solutions for clients with an accent on Citrix, AVD, and cloud-based virtual desktops. Focus on driving whiteboard conversations, developing statements of work (SOW), and delivering complex technical presentations to C-level executives.

What you will do

• Develop Modern Platforms EUC strategies and meet with clients to create statements of work (SOW) and Bill of Materials (BOMs).
• Lead technical presentations, product demonstrations, and whiteboard sessions for various staff levels, including C-level executives.
• Support proof-of-concept (PoC) efforts and collaborate with the Consulting Engineer team to ensure successful project delivery.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for solutions architects and clients, engaging upper management when necessary.
• Provide technical direction to the solutions architect vertical and influence the development of new products and solutions.
• Provide regular status updates to engineering managers regarding impediments and resource needs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with Citrix products, specifically Virtual Apps, Desktops, and Netscaler.
• Proficiency in EUC solutions including Microsoft AVD, Omnissa/Horizon/WorkspaceOne, and AWS Workspaces/AppStream.
• Proven experience in consulting and presales roles.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for responding to RFP/RFQs and developing written proposals.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional/military experience.

Nice to have

• Certifications in Citrix, AWS, AVD, or Omnissa/Horizon technology.
• Experience with F5 supporting sales or consulting.
• 3-5 years of experience with EUC vendors like Igel, Ivanti, ControlUp, IslandIO, Liquidware, or FSLogix.
• Previous experience in a team lead or management capacity.
