What you will do

• Provide technical and architectural oversight for professional services engagements of high complexity.
• Act as the primary technical representative for customers, managing expectations regarding platform capabilities.
• Develop and implement best practices for MDM design patterns and integration approaches.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Customer Success, DevOps, and Engineering teams.
• Lead global, multi-domain projects and manage multiple engagements concurrently.
• Communicate technical strategies to executive-level audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) principles and architectural designs.
• 8+ years of experience in Object Oriented design and development using Java.
• 5+ years of experience with SaaS and Cloud delivery.
• Proven track record of completing at least 2 full MDM implementations.
• Must be based in the United States.
