What you will do
- Design and govern technical enablement and certification programs for assigned channel partners.
- Act as the authoritative technical resource for partner-generated pre-sales inquiries across the platform portfolio.
- Provide architectural design guidance on cloud infrastructure, CRM/WFM integration, and premise-to-cloud hybrid deployments.
- Manage the configuration, governance, and version currency of partner-accessible sandbox and demo environments.
- Coach partner sales engineers on value proposition framing, discovery methodologies, and product differentiation.
- Qualify partner-sourced pipeline using MEDDPICC criteria to ensure well-scoped engagements.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in pre-sales, channel enablement, or technical consulting.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent proven professional execution.
- Deep mastery of domain expertise, product knowledge, and technical acumen.
- Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
