Location: Remote - Canada (Candidates must be based in British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Ontario, Nova Scotia or be willing to relocate)

Salary: $68K – $86K CAD

What you will do

• Monitor and analyze research, labor market data, and workforce trends in Canada and the U.S. to identify emergent developments.
• Conduct literature reviews and environmental scans to inform strategy and implementation for career pathways.
• Lead knowledge mobilization efforts by disseminating insights to internal and external audiences through briefs, memos, and blog posts.
• Maintain a cross-country learning agenda to identify patterns, synergies, and transferable insights.
• Develop and manage a searchable knowledge base using technology platforms like SharePoint.
• Translate complex data into clear, accessible products and formats in partnership with communications teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3-7 years of relevant experience in workforce development, immigration, refugee resettlement, or economic development.
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in research or knowledge management.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to BC, AB, MB, SK, ON, or NS, Canada.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and synthesis skills for conveying complex information to stakeholders.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Nice to have

• Experience using shared systems and platforms such as Salesforce or Monday.com.
• Experience with program evaluation.
• Experience in healthcare or direct care sectors.
