What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of HR knowledge articles within Workday Help, including intake, publishing, and retirement.
• Audit metadata and keywords to resolve "null search" results and improve information discoverability.
• Translate complex HR policies and processes into structured, standardized knowledge assets.
• Design and maintain colleague-facing SharePoint sites following governance standards.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and SMEs to validate content accuracy.
• Analyze search telemetry and user behavior to identify and fill knowledge gaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Knowledge Management, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in knowledge management or HR communications.
• Experience managing Workday Help Knowledge Base or similar knowledge platforms.
• Proficiency with multimedia tools such as PowerPoint, SundaySky, or video editing software.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare or HR environments.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Advanced SharePoint skills.
