Associate Client Manager (Retail)

TL;DR

Associate Client Manager (Retail): Driving client value and implementing business objectives for Retailer clients with an accent on consumer intelligence and data-driven recommendations. Focus on coaching analysts, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and translating complex data into actionable business strategies.

Location: Must be currently located in the Greater Toronto area (GTA) and be able to work on-site at the Retailer location on a regular weekly basis

Salary: $68.5K – $88K CAD

What you will do

• Drive client value through engagement and implementation of key business priorities and objectives.
• Coach the Analyst team to derive insightful analysis and recommendations for the Retailer.
• Develop a deep understanding of client strategy and engage internal analytic teams to address business issues.
• Act as a primary liaison and project lead on various initiatives between hirify.global and the Retailer.
• Collaborate within a team environment to build solid relationships within the client organization.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of research or analytical experience within the CPG or Retail industries.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for interacting with Senior Leaders.
• Proven ability to interpret and integrate data to provide actionable, Retailer-focused recommendations.
• Strong relationship building and management skills.
