Salary: $90,000–$125,000

What you will do

• Elicit and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys to align stakeholder expectations.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Design software architecture and system integrations while conducting feasibility studies and impact analyses.
• Analyze and optimize business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Create detailed technical documentation, including software requirements specifications and system diagrams.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, IT, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in data analysis, process modeling (BPMN, flowcharts), and SDLC.
• Experience with collaboration tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Visio, and Tableau.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum.
