Location: Remote (Candidates must be physically located within the US)

Salary: $83,700 - $95,511

What you will do

• Utilize proprietary NIQ tools and metrics to solve complex client business questions.
• Transform data into compelling stories with insightful callouts and actionable recommendations.
• Prepare and present high-level insights using SCQA and AP frameworks.
• Identify and partner with Account Development to convert revenue leads into opportunities.
• Guide and coach junior team members in data analysis and tool proficiency.
• Lead Thought Leadership projects and champion business unit initiatives.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in the CPG industry, sales, category management, or market research.
• Must be physically located within the US.
• Proficiency in analyzing NIQ data sources (RMS, Homescan, Omni, Spectra).
• Strong analytical skills and expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Slides.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to coach others in data analysis.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Prior experience with hirify.global or similar analytics solutions (POS/Panel data).
