What you will do

• Audit and process invoices, vendor payments, and journal entries ensuring compliance.
• Resolve complex invoice discrepancies and perform account reconciliations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for escalated vendor and internal payment inquiries.
• Partner with Operations and Carrier Management teams to validate financial transactions.
• Review transportation-related invoices against purchase orders and pricing agreements.
• Contribute to system enhancements and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 3 to 5 years of accounts payable or financial operations experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex payment issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with transportation, logistics, or freight-related invoicing.
• Knowledge of three-way matching and NMFC standards.
• Familiarity with ERP or transportation management systems.
• Experience supporting system testing and team training.
