What you will do
- Lead and coach the BDR team through structured 1:1s, call-shadowing, and objection-handling workshops.
- Manage BDR onboarding and ramp-up to ensure quick mastery of the product, ICP, and outreach playbooks.
- Define, monitor, and report on KPIs measuring outreach quality and pipeline conversion outcomes.
- Design and execute targeted multi-channel outbound campaigns using intent signals and buyer behavior data.
- Partner with Marketing and Account Executives to align on audience segmentation and ensure high-quality pipeline handoffs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor data to sharpen positioning within WMS and ERP verticals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development.
- 1-2+ years of experience in a team lead or people management capacity.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation and revenue targets.
- Must be based in Jacksonville, FL.
- Employer does not sponsor employment visa status (e.g., H-1B).
Nice to have
- MBA degree.
- Prior experience specifically within the WMS or ERP software space.
