What you will do
- Drive large-scale outbound prospecting through high-volume, high-quality cold calls to influencers and senior decision makers.
- Build a robust pipeline by consistently setting qualified meetings for Enterprise Account Executives.
- Conduct deep account research to create tailored outreach and execute strategic email and LinkedIn sequences.
- Analyze prospect business needs to align them with value propositions and create urgency for engagement.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure seamless handoffs and messaging alignment.
- Experiment with new outbound tactics and contribute best practices to the global outbound playbook.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of outbound prospecting experience in B2B and/or SaaS (preferred).
- Proven resilience and high energy for cold calling and breaking into net-new enterprise accounts.
- Strong growth mindset, coachability, and ability to apply feedback daily.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills with a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment characterized by extreme ownership and high expectations.
