What you will do

  • Drive large-scale outbound prospecting through high-volume, high-quality cold calls to influencers and senior decision makers.
  • Build a robust pipeline by consistently setting qualified meetings for Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Conduct deep account research to create tailored outreach and execute strategic email and LinkedIn sequences.
  • Analyze prospect business needs to align them with hirify.global value propositions and create urgency for engagement.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure seamless handoffs and messaging alignment.
  • Experiment with new outbound tactics and contribute best practices to the global outbound playbook.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of outbound prospecting experience in B2B and/or SaaS (preferred).
  • Proven resilience and high energy for cold calling and breaking into net-new enterprise accounts.
  • Strong growth mindset, coachability, and ability to apply feedback daily.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment characterized by extreme ownership and high expectations.
